This is a 6-week workshop series introducing you to Adobe Photoshop. Workshops will be led by Sam Blue, a local graphic designer and media developer who has been working with Photoshop since 1995.

If you have been dabbling in Photoshop and want to learn some of the tricks of the trade, these workshops will help you to become more familiar with Photoshop’s basic capabilities, and give you an introduction to some advanced tools. These workshops are presented in an informal, question-and-answer format, where each participant has an opportunity to focus on their specific area of interest.

These workshops will be held on Thursday evenings on a weekly basis. Cost is $180 for six sessions.

This is an ongoing weekly workshop introducing you to the latest tricks of the trade for marketing yourself on the web. If you run a business, if you’re an artist, or if you are involved in any organization or activity that you want to promote on the web, this is a great way to get up and running.

In this series you will:

• Develop your online identity and brand with a mission statement, logo, and web address
• Create your own website, which you can easily make changes to and manage independently
• Expand your web presence using social media – Facebook, Twitter, Youtube
• Launch your first e-mail marketing campaign

Your first session is free. Cost of the workshops is $120 per person for the next 4 sessions. Price includes domain name registration and web hosting for up to 1 year.
